Ian worked in the corporate world and decided to start a small business with his wife Sharon. Pilates360 was born. Sharon started her personal training career at the age of 40. More and more women Sharon’s age would go to their studio because they resonated with her. They share the same challenges in life which is why Sharon is able to relate to them.

Pilates360 focuses on their relationship with people. They serve a higher purpose than just making money. Members are guaranteed authenticity in the methods that they teach which is why they get a lot of referrals from physiologists, doctors and chiropractors.

When they started Pilates360 they breezed through marketing. But as time went on marketing slowly transitioned from traditional to digital and they felt completely out of their depths. Once they’ve mastered the art of marketing though, they were able to scale their business. They put an emphasis on engagement whether it’s engaging with existing members or keeping in touch with people who have been in their studio for a trial.
