Richard Toutounji

Founder & CEO

Richard has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. At just 17 years of age, he bought Australia’s First Private Fitness Studio in Neutral Bay, Sydney, and went on to work on cruise ships as a personal trainer, becoming #1 in sales during his time travelling.

He, along with his wife Joey, published a bestselling kids’ health book titled Please Mum, Don’t Supersize Me. They also founded and sold one of Australia’s largest corporate wellness companies.

Today, Richard & Joey own COM Marketing and specialise in working with fitness and wellness professionals. Together, they have impacted thousands of studio owners through their courses and signature program – the COM Ninja Program – where they regularly see fitness professionals double and even triple their businesses in 8 months. In addition to this, COM Marketing offers Market Leader services to help businesses expand their market presence, and the Meet Your Fitness Supplier service connects fitness facilities with trusted suppliers, ensuring they have the right equipment and wellness products to support their growth.

I’m a natural problem solver and innovator. I love to identify unique opportunities others can’t see.
