How does EFM Toowoomba stand out? Shauna shares that her fitness studio has a close-knit community and all of her members know each other, they greet each other and care about each other.

When it comes to marketing her fitness studio, she combines both old-school and digital marketing to keep the leads coming in. She’s partnered with other businesses in the local area and runs a few campaigns from time to time such as doing a raffle! Doing so keeps the community vibe of her fitness studio.

Before joining the COM Ninja Program, she was getting leads but felt they weren’t the right target market for EFM Toowoomba. Right after working on her target avatar, she’s been getting leads but with the right target market this time (which explains why she’s established a close-knit community!). She’s had a higher conversion rate as well!
