Join the COM Coaches on the first Friday of each month as we explore the modules of the COM Process and do the ninja moves to grow your fitness business.
10am – Monthly COM Formula Training
For Ninjas + Scale
Join us for the monthly COM Formula Training, where we teach a specific strategy for our whole ninja tribe that you can execute in that month.
12pm Onwards – Ninja Module Training
For Ninjas (optional for Scale & Team)
Join the COM Coaches as they cover the module trainings from our COM Process.
Weekly Q&A’s are your opportunity to speak to one of the COM coaches, get feedback on the ninja moves you are working on, and ask any questions around marketing tactics.
Q&A Tuesdays – Awareness
Join Joey, Helen or Ev for a Q&A all around the first four awareness modules in the Ninja Program
Clarify your message, upgrade your brand and dominate social media.
If you are in the first four months of the program or working on social media, brand or awareness – then join in. Come and ask questions, get feedback and learn from the group.
Q&A Wednesdays – Conversion
Join Ev or Nolan for a Q&A all around the second four conversion modules in the Ninja Program
Stand out from the crowd through attention-grabbing videos, messages and ads. Get help developing your core offer, advertise it on Facebook and how to nurture your leads.
If you are in the second four months of the program or working on Paid Ads, Facebook Marketing or offers – then join in. Come and ask questions, get feedback and learn from the group.
Join Richard and one of our Scale members as they explore the unique methods and strategies that helped them to ‘scale up’ their studio.
This is a great session to hear from a scale member and get some great ideas that are working in the real world.
This session is open for ninjas and scalers and happens the third Friday of each month.
The COM Scale workshop is held on the last Thursday/Friday every 2nd month and focused around the pillar topics to scale your business covering leadership, finance, marketing, team & sales.
These workshops are help on zoom and open to all scale members.
The COM Scale Masterminds are held on the last Friday of each month on the alternate months to the workshops.
These masterminds are a great way to connect with other scale members, clear roadblocks and get ideas for the sets and reps you are working on.
The Masterminds are a two hour session conducted via Zoom.

The COM Immersive is a 2 day Live Event held in person 3 times per year. Immerse yourself for two days in next level teaching and presentations designed to lift the level of yourself and your business.
Get ready to break through your fears, celebrate your wins, grow outside your comfort zone and work towards planning and preparing.
These sessions are held in in Melbourne, Gold Coast & Sydney and are best experienced in person, but also include a zoom component for those that are unable to attend in person.
