When Fitness Australia approached us to begin the Market Leader program they had a problem with perception in the marketplace. Members and potential members were constantly asking the question - what are Fitness Australia doing for my membership fees?
Their main outcome was to build positive brand equity among members and potential members and show the value of what they provide for their members.
We came up with the show concept - On The Road With Bill Moore, which documented the day to day movements of CEO Bill Moore. This included following Bill around Australia as he visited (sometimes remote) trainers and gyms as part of his role at Fitness Australia.

When Fitness Republic approached us about the Market Leader program they were knee deep in renovating a brand new gym in Sydney’s Southwest. With multiple gyms around Sydney they needed a way to stand out in a crowded marketplace without relying simply on referrals.
Their main outcome was to peel back the curtain and show people what it was like inside the gym - hopefully breaking down the barriers and fear that people feel when walking into a new gym.
We came up with the show concept ‘Fitrepmade’ which showcased happenings around the gym including new trainers, grand openings, other local businesses, etc. The concept was to produce a show that showed the gym as an integral part of the community that represented their core outcomes and showed people what it was like ‘on the inside.’
